We used Heavenly Touch for our concrete polishing work. Initially we did not know anything about concrete polishing. We were considering tile. We contacted 5 companies and received quotes. We chose Heavenly Touch. James was very busy but was so gracious to make some time for us right when we needed.They came with big machines that ground the concrete down to the aggregate. Then they used a finer pad to make it smooth, and finally did a buffing that left the floors shiny as a mirror. Excellent quality! I am very happy we went with Heavenly Touch. James is very professional and knows this business inside out. He was even so nice to come back after all the construction and do a final buff for free to take away the construction dust and debris. I have used Heavenly Touch three times. Every time I move into a new home, one of the first things I do is get the "garage floors polished". James always does an amazing job. When he is done polishing a garage floor, it's so shiny and reflective that it looks like you are walking over a mirror. I would highly recommend James and Heavenly Touch to anyone that is interested in making their garage stand out. I always get compliments on my garage floor.In addition to the great job that they do, I find that they are very responsive to e-mail and questions. Also, I appreciate that they come over with a good attitude and will smile at you when you interact with them in person. It's those little things that make all the difference.
I recently had my natural stone restored and carpets cleaned by this company. The owner re polished and sealed my natural stone and his brother-in-law cleaned my sofa and carpets. I was thrilled with the results and the price. I will be using them again when needed.
I am extremely allergic and sensitive to different detergents and this place proved to be successful. Great service with excellent customer service. I will be continuing to use this company for years to come due to their professionalism and detailed work.
